Groundhog Day
Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning, so there are 6 more weeks of winter to come. No surprise there, although it is actually sunny in Seattle today. It's groundhog day today in another way because I'm still home sick with the stomach flu, so lots more TV and sleeping for me. We've had a rough couple of week with Emme being sick and having many trips to the veterinarian, Glen got a head cold, and now I have the stomach flu. Other than our various illnesses, we're doing well. I'm 30 weeks pregnant now and the baby is kicking away and growing steadily. January flew by with lots of social outings. We also bought a new car. Glen now has a 2009 Subaru Outback. We wanted something baby and activity friendly, so we can fit a stroller and golf clubs in the back. We tested her out by driving over the pass and staying at Alta Lake one weekend in January. Hopefully Glen can make it up skiing a few times this season.
